Ladd Richland
Chief Executive Officer
Ladd, a co-founder of CRI, brings sixteen years of marketing and senior-level management experience. Prior to founding CRI, he started two other successful ventures in the telecommunications field. He started his career at Sprint Corporation where he was a record setting sales and management professional.
Ladd earned a B.A. in Economics from the UCLA College of Letters & Science and earned a certification from the highly selective MIT Enterprise Forum. He is a board member of the Young Entrepreneur's Organization and has been interviewed on various issues associated with new business launches and is published in several business publications including Recruiter Magazine. Ladd sits on the advisory council for the recruiting certification program at Cal State Dominguez Hills and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Ladd is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM), and the Employment Management Association (EMA). |
