Richland
CEO, CRI Inc.
Ladd Richland is President and CEO of CRI, a leading
provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), which delivers
customized solutions that seamlessly integrate best-in-class
process, outsourcing and technology for talent management.
Mr. Richland co-founded the company in 1997 and
has established CRI as one of the most comprehensive
solutions providers of software and services for
human capital management. Richland
brings more than 20 years of experience in fostering
and building high-growth companies. Under his leadership
the company has been recognized as one of the largest
RPO specialists in the industry, most recently,
listed as one of HRO Today’s, “Bakers Dozen,” recognizing
the industry’s top 13 RPO providers. Revenues have
grown consistently each year in his tenure, an achievement that was
highlighted in CRI being named an Inc. 500 Fast Company.
Prior to CRI, Mr. Richland founded two other successful
ventures - DemoCast, a web casting and conference
call company which sold in 2001; and SourceOne,
a long distance telecommunications company. Richland started his career
at Sprint Corporation as one of the youngest
managers in the company's history. Richland, a Board member of the Young Presidents Organization is also a
past board member of the Young Entrepreneur’s
Organization (YEO). He was recently named to the
Board of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Alliance
(RPOA), is an active member in the Professionals
in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the Society
of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) and the Employment
Management Association (EMA). Richland sat on the
advisory council for the recruiting certification
program at Cal State Dominguez Hills and is a frequent
speaker at industry events. Richland holds a B.A.
in economics from the UCLA College of Letters &
Science as well as a certification from the highly
selective MIT Enterprise Forum.

Julie
Richland Senior
Vice President and Founder
Julie Richland oversees and manages the services of CRI’s
recruiters. She is uniquely experienced
in delivering high volumes of candidates with cost-per-hire
economies well below industry standards. ms. Richland has
over twelve years of experience in recruiting for
all categories of management across various industries
including; advertising, manufacturing, real estate,
retail, and telecommunications. She
has recruited talent for middle- and senior-level
executive positions in accounting and finance, engineering,
legal, marketing, procurement, and sales. Her
expertise includes designing and implementing
in-house recruiting and sourcing. Among
many high profile CRI recruiting engagements, she
developed job descriptions for American Cities Vista
(a KB Home Corporation and Cisneros Company joint-venture)
and participated in the Recruiter Summit for the
2002 Olympic Games. Prior to founding CRI, Ms. Richland
worked with a Fortune 500 chemical company where
she conducted recruiting activities for corporate
divisions in Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Julie is a member of the Professionals in Human
Resources Association (PIHRA) and has participated
in several recruiter roundtable’s throughout California.
Ms. Richland holds a B.A. in telecommunications
from Michigan State. |

Jeff
Lance
Vice President of Finance & Administration
Jeff Lance is the Vice-President of Finance & Administration at CRI. Among his varied responsibilities, Mr. Lance oversees (Corporate) Finance,
Accounting, Human Resources and all administrative/back office functions. Jeff is also responsible for the management of all corporate contracts
and (in that regard) works very closely with CRI's Client Solution and Business Development team. Prior to joining CRI in May of 2006, Mr. Lance
spent 17+ years in a variety of progressively senior level financial management roles with FileNET, Quantum, and APX Logistics. Mr. Lance holds a
B.A. and a M.A. in Finance from Cal State Long Beach. |

Mo Captan
Vice President of Client Solutions
Mo Captan moved into the role of Client Solutions and Business Development at CRI in 2006. He oversees the Sales and Marketing teams as well as Project Implementation. Prior to joining CRI, Mo was the CEO of NorthStar Solutions, an Atlanta based Sales and Recruitment Services firm. In that role, Mo was responsible for managing both the Sales and Client Delivery teams on a national scale. Before opening NorthStar, Mr. Captan worked as part of the Lucent Technologies Sales recruiting teams. Mo began his career for an IT services and staffing firm, TEKsystems, where he held both recruiting, sales, and sales management roles. Mo holds a B.A. from Florida State University. |
